I love the 75 gal @Salted has, and I like my 40b. But why don't they make a stock 90g that's 24" deep 48" x 24" x 18"- I love a deep tank- or do they? I can't afford one- but I am a dreamer
I think you have that wrong. A stock 75g is 48w x 18d x 21t. A stock 90g is 48w x 18d x 24t in your link. A tank that is 48w x 24d x 18t would still be a 90 but not stock as far as I know. I'm into more inches front to back, not taller.A 48" x 24" x 18" is a stock 90G: Aquarium Dimensions - Standard Fish Tank Sizes Chart - Aquarium Dimensions
The only advantage of a 75G over a 90G is that it will result in fewer wet sleeves for you. The upside is that, with the same footprint, you get room for 20% more water. Water volume counts - the more water you have, the more slowly it will deteriorate.
