Driving in Seattle, Washington

I came across this sign...

you'd think it meant it was one-way in all those directions, but no. It's basically a 4 way stop zone but they stuck an island in the middle. The sign is just to direct you how to drive around the island. Bizarre.

And I thought NJ was the only place with circles! Funny looking sign. Though it probably would have helped the visitors to the Jersey shore to figure out how to navigate one!
