Exhausting my Stand - Need Help

So,
Now that my sump and everything is in full gear.... I am running into a new issue that I never had before. The inside of my Sump's area is painted with 3 coats of KILZ Oil Based Paint. Its completely Sealed. Recently I started noticing that Mold/Mildew Has been growing all over the inside of the stand. This is not good. Not only that But I think the AIRTIGHT-ness of the stand is causing a lot of heat buildup. I purchased some Computer Fans and I was wondering...

1. How Much Air Flow is really needed to keep the humidity down under the stand? I mean the fans are 120mm and I have a total of 3/4 Fans. I Plan to cut some holes in the stand and install them tonight. I only Planned on Installing 2 Though.

I was going to install them with 1 Fan pulling air from outside in and one pulling air from inside the stand and pushing it out. Both were going to be on the same wall though about 18" apart.

The wood itself of my stand is not in danger at the moment. The mold simply wipes off with Vinegar. Its not penetrating the wood. I need to know how to stop it though!

Loose the back of the stand. The fans will be loud I tried this method and it didn't work for me I had to cut the back panel completely out. To much heat to much moisture all bad news. The stand needs to breath. I don't think the fans will do enough, IMO

Just make sure the back is not relied on as part of the main structure

Yeah I have been leaving the doors Ajar during the day. I'm like mad OCD about it though. It dosen't look as pretty without the doors closed. I was thinking of installing some VENTS of some kind in the doors. It Does Open on 3 Sides.

I installed those floor registers that are wood and sell at HD or Lowes. I also have those little USB desk fans two in the stand and two in the hood. They make a huge difference and aren't that loud. Plus they are super cheap so when they rust or stop working I just trash them and get new ones. I have them hooked up to my Apex so they aren't always running
