Since football season has officially started, I wanted to know if any NJRC members are part of any fantasy leagues?

If so, we should ask each others opinions for upcoming matchups, pending trade opinions, etc...

wouldn't hurt right?

I'm already in a deephole after last nights performance by Mr. P.Manning. haha

I already knew P.Manning was going to go off this season, he is a must start every week. His receiving corp is too good.

lol, well Peyton didn't kill me it was D.Thomas and J.Thomas. I'm down 78 points, however I still have a whole team to play and my opponent only has Ryan Matthews, MJD, and Aaron Rodgers to play. I have a slim chance winning but there's still hope. haha

The guy I went up against in one of my leagues had Peyton and Welker and benched them both.

I can understand benching Welker. Honestly, I didn't think he would be such a target season, even now I don't think he'll be a consistent target. Peyton and the Broncos just went off, Baltimore's D just couldn't keep up.

I would of been highly upset benching Peyton. I'm just wondering who would bench Peyton against a weak Baltimore secondary though?...

It's a whole new system implemented there, I wouldn't worry about it. Vick will most likely be running the ball, he really doesn't have anyone to throw to except d-jax. Redskins just need to make sure they stop him before he gets to the goal line. Over the course of the season though, Vick will be a major threat I think.

with the decreasing value of Eric Decker after last nights performance, I might have a possible trade in the works. Miles Austin for Eric Decker. The way I'm looking at it, Eric Decker holds the most value here. However, Miles Austin is a consistent target for Romo, regardless if he is a WR3. I'm basing this off Decker's performance last year which held him in a high WR2 role, low WR1 potential. I also think his performance last night was just cold feet, everyone has a bad game here and there. What do you guys think? trade Austin for Decker?
