February meeting synopsis

Thank you for hosting, Dan and Lulu! Had a great time and the food was phenomenal! Company was great as usual, and it was awesome seeing everyone getting into building the reactors and getting *ahem* downstairs.

Oh, yeah, did I mention the food was awesome?!?!

Calcium Reactors were build by Momof6Kids (the winner of The Race), Malulu & CharlieW. Merv built a wetdry, I think. John was working on a demo/club raffle item but got more involved in helping the assemblers and so he took home honey-do instead.

Sierra & Zachary worked hard at keeping Deb busy and keeping her pugs curious about that new hair gel she's using.

The food was fantastic and there was tons of it. Big thanks to our host and hostess for their gracious hospitality, BobC, SteveHo & SinkingBeach for their donations to the raffles, Jason for making the beer run and all the participants of the reactor build. I'm looking forward to the pictures of these babies as they get installed on your systems!

There should be plenty of paparazzi pictures to come as well (ahem).

or a very cool saltwater lavalamp....

it was nice to meet new members, the club is going strong.

Thanks for making us feel at home Dan, you have a lovely wife and that daughter of yours has stolen my heart with the goodbye hug I got. And as everyone has said the food was way above board. I sure hope someone cheapens up on the food or I'll have to hire caterer by the time my meeting rolls around. I was hoping to get away with a cheese and pepperoni platter and maybe some Super-Fresh diet cola (and maybe some vanilla soda) but it doesn't look like that will happen. LOL

OH YEA........congratulations to Mr. and Mrs.......... Ho?!?! (insert real last name here) on their expected little Frag!!!

I had a great time and can't wait to get my reactor up and running. Winning some raffles was just the icing on the cake. The frags look great in my tank.

Lulu and I are glad you all had a good time and enjoyed the food. Even Charissa had a good time playing with you guys. Thanks to Phyl and John for executing the calcium reactor build. I'm glad I didn't have to call the ambulance to pick up anyone breathing in all those fumes. Thanks to Rich, Merv, Phyl and Bob for the corals you brought and to Dan for the chaeto. We're already looking forward to the next meeting.
