Hey guys,

Upon reading some of your experience with these guy's RO/DI units, I purchased on on a buy it now auction on ebay.

I bought the ro/2di unit.

Well, when i got it in the mail, they sent me the wrong one. They sent me a more expensive unit with a holding tank and a faucet.

Well, I called and talked to them, since this one didn't have the 2di setup, and they're overnighting me the extra di cartridge, and didn't ask for the other equipment back.

So, basically, I scored some really good equipment for less than i should have, and their customer service was GREAT.

"We'll ship you out another DI unit that you can plumb in in place of the drinking water cartridge."

"Well, thanks, but I'm not sure if that's really necessary."

"Well, it probably isn't necessary, but it's what we're going to do anyway."

That's nice to hear. We have one from them and it's been going strong for almost 3 years now. I would buy from them again in a minute (and probably will as I think I want a second unit for our system upstairs).

Mine is almost 3 years old and still working great. Great produce at a great price.

Very pleased with mine also. And the drinking water spout was a nice extra feature. So nice to be able to make water whenever needed. Lovin' it. ;D

Please double check all connections (factory assembled) before first testing. ( Yeah, there's a story there :)
