Sitting down about 2pm yesterday I here water coming out of some where. Run into the office and tank looks fine. Then remembered they were flushing hydrants. Walked out and water coming out of the utility area, water heater leaked. The shut off valve is so old it took long time to turn it. Ended up shopvac about 10g water out of the area. Used a few bath towels to dry and placed fans all around. Its being replaced today.
So between this and my car dropping around $2k this weekend.
