Been using photo for a while now and feed once a week. Recently started using Reef Roids and feed once a week; substitute the phyyto. Corals seem to like both.

I dose phyto daily for my pods, I was feeding roids for a while but they seemed to make my phosphates spike, switched to benepets, also use AB+ once a week, but don't see any real growth in any of my corals

I feed everything from benepets, reef roids, liquid phyto, variety of brightwell liquid foods, LRS reef frenzy, and they all get free fish poop hahahaha

Hmm, have to look into iodine. For lps and softies? How often with AB+?
What you’re looking for is iodide, not iodine. I’ve been using it a few months, nothing spectacular happing because of it. Same as posted above when I was dosing phyto my phosphates went way up, same with reef roids. I no longer use either, I’ve switched to benepets for my corals. I have a bottle of AB+ but again nothing special seems to be happening with its use.
