Thinking about the future and the possibility of a frag tank. (Or two)
What do you all recommend for frag tanks. Dimensions.
Prebuilt or home made
Glass / plexi / or tub
Sump-rock-flow-lighting. Anything and everything.
There are NO wrong answers here. I trust the opinions of those doing it over my internet search. Please don’t be afraid to add antidotal information... you never know what might spark an idea. Not just for me, but all those that browse it.

Thanks, I shall. perhaps he will answer here for others to read. I’m planning a trip to the land of Danger soon. I will definitely check out what he has done. He graciously gave my wife and I a tour once before when we first joined the NJRC. Looking forward to going again.

ZooMed Lowboy 50 gallon tanks are your best bet for frag tanks. If you can find a used Deep Blue 80/60 gallon tanks are good bets too. Unfortunately Deep Blue is out of the business. I believe Seapora has taken over tank side manufacturing but the prices have doubled compared to where it was before.

Yeah I agree the lowboy by zoo med is the best frag tank for the money. $120~
The only bad thing about the zoo med is that the glass is very thin. So be-careful drilling

My 2nd choice would be a 40 breeder from $1 a gallon sale Petco.

Or if you can get a used 33 long or a deep blue are all nice tanks.

Aquatic obsession can order it for you.

Deep blue is out of business, there is a company that bought them (sry cant remember the name). The pricing you’re going to see isn’t what you were used to with deep blue.

Here's the one I am going with. From Advanced Acrylic. Will be building the stand and setting it up as soon as I get the 327 cycling. Gotta have a theme for all of my tanks though and haven't landed on one for this one yet. Lol. What would be a good theme for a frag tank?
