Frag then dip or dip then frag

Hi all, just picked up a couple of frags from a trade (not someone on this forum).
frags (all zoas) have an assortment of pests. (Aiptasia, vermetid)

I’m planning to let it temp acclimate then frag then off the plug and then dip.
Question is, should I dip them first, then frag or vice versa?

I would dip then frag.careful fraging zoas.

I would remove them off the frag plug put them on a new frag plug.
dip and then put them in qt or frag rack for observation

I opted to remove them from the frag and put it on a new plug, followed by a dip in the following order: iodine, coral RX, bayer and two rinse dips.
Hoping they make it out of that alive
