This guy belongs in a tank with some more aggressive fish than I have in my 40- had it for over 6 months. I'm going to try one of the DYI fish traps in the next few days- I can hold it in my 13g for a while

Will take part of the tank apart this weekend to get him out- can hold it in my qt tank for a while - otherwise it goes into the 30l with the falco hawk-
