Fuzzy math

Once in, the sump will fit, but can I turn or fit in my sump that is 42Lx16Wx15H into a space that is 31.5Lx33deepx24H, the second specs is my opening to my cabinet, once beyond the opening the height jumps to 36H and length is 45L, fitting the sump in was a after thought :-[

Yea I sorta know what you mean
When I build my stand for the 120 I will make it so I can slide the sump in from the end
That way I will not have to take the center support out to get the sump out

Are you sure your measurements are correct? Assuming they are you still need to "wiggle" 11 inches of sump through the opening.

In any case, it's likely to be a struggle. I had a similar problem, and ended up moving the tank about 18 inches from the wall, and putting the sump behind the tank. It's worked out rather well.
