Good wrasse for a 14g

Looking for a good wrasse for my 14 gallon biocube. figured itd be good as a secondary defense after dipping. Plus I could never have one because I have a open tank. No other fish in here just snails so any suggestions?

Sixline all the way for me. Mine is very peaceful but with no other fish your def good to go. Plus they are usually available pretty small a plus for the 14 gal.

If you have no other fish in there maybe. For that size tank possum wrasses are your best bet.

Possum wrasse huh? I'll look into them and.other suggestions? Sixlines would be my last resort just because I like fish that aren't run of the mill. I'm weird lol

14g is a tough size for wrasses, especially ones that are beneficial to corals. Here is an article on possum wrasses, they can be quite striking in color and would be better for a smaller tank. They are not active crazy swimmer which is why you could get away with one in a 14g.

They show up on Divers Den pretty frequently.

Trop and AO also have them from time to time, if you call Will at AO, or Brent at Trop, they can probably give you a ballpark price and let you know if they are on their current lists of available fish from wholesalers.

Two other small wrasses you could consider: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+1378+3041&pcatid=3041 or http://www.bluezooaquatics.com/productDetail.asp?did=1&pid=1021&cid=290 (yes, I know the yellow band can get up to 3").
