Heavy duty slides

I want to put my 35 gallon acrylic sump (~400 lbs.) on a sliding platform to make maintenance easier. I want to use undermount slide and I found the Accuride 7950 that I want to flat mount, the problem is that each pair supports on 150 lbs. so I would need to buy 3 sets. Does anyone know of a set of flat mount slides that would support that much weight and if any has tried this before? Thx.

I’d look into tool box slides.I mounted generators and heavy equipment with such slides...generally if the slide is rated for 300lbs, its actually almost double.

If you mount them flat, their capacity is much less but it will support the weight much better.

So you want to be able to move your sump around in the cabinet? How about four caster wheels mounted to maybe a 3/4" thick piece of plywood cut to fit the sumps' footprint.

The slides would likely rust in a short time and become useless, even without direct contact with the salt water.

I had 2 TV Stands on Wheels.
Was awesome height for a Red Sea 250 Max.
Pulled 2 supports from the middle tier and 2 extra wheels from the one unit before I sold it and used that to reinforce the one I used for the Tank Stand.
I was able to lower the water level and roll the entire tank on my pergo flooring to clean or do maintenance. Was AWESOME.
