Help me convert a 10g into a sump/refuge

I am building a 25G rimless tank. Being the first time plumbing a tank I have no idea how to plan this out.

I bought a quiet one 2200 internal pump rated at 581 gph. Since most people would think this is a lot for a sump I wanna T off the drain and have another pipe with a ball valve going to a refugium. This way I can control the flow through it. Maybe have the refugium on one side chamber and the return pump in the middle chamber. Or the refugium across the front half of the tank.

So here is where I come to you all for ideas on using a 10G to do this. I dont have room for anything bigger either. TIA

Examples of sumps/refuges i found

Picture of the tank I built. Old picture. Overflow is painted black and has teeth now

The tank isnt completed assembled. Finished the stand and now im stuck on the plumbing and sump which I need help with.

Heres more pictures (not the best only ones i have)

It looks great. Where did you get the glass? SGarron has a thread in the DIY forum about creating a glass tank, I'm sure he'd be interested in the details of your build. Were did you get your glass from? Is it starphire? Had you priced having a tank built? How did you know how thick to make the tank to ensure that it would be ok rimless?

Inquiring minds want to know!

I'm surprised that doesn't take into consideration cross/euro bracing. Do those numbers assume the brace? Or assume there is NO brace? Hmm. Interesting.

Phyl, I called places around my area and they wantes easily over 130 dollars for the pieces. I ended up tearing down a 40G breeder I had laying around and had a glass shop cut it and bevel it to size. To be honest I feel that if this glass was strong enough for 40G it should be more than enough for a 25G. I heard that the trims on aquariums arent really meant for support even though they do somewhat. oh, and its not starphire but I hear starphire is really only good when you need really thick glass.
