I doubt you will find them at a discount with a non-vendor. Most individuals will sell their high end pieces at the same price as a vendor. You might as well just buy from one of our sponsors.

i'll be honest, i didn't realize they were impossible to find. i saw a guy willing to pay $600 a polyp n R2R. that's not happening!

@diana a if i was impatient, i'd be contacting a sponsor. but i'm not (perfect for this hobby!) and i'm willing to wait for the right buying opportunity.

Anthony does have a point. Save your money and wait for RAP in June. You will find everything you need there. And if you wait till Sunday you might even be able to score deals
