How do you know pm someone

This may be a silly question for you all, but, how do you private message someone? TIA

Roll your mouse over their name and click on 'start a conversation'

Ok, possibly cause I’m looking at the website from my phone, there isn’t a hover option. When I click on their name, it only gives me an option to follow or ignore. Will need to try on the laptop. Thanks.

not really sure why that is.

I can confirm this issue too.

I have to turn my phone sideways to see additional options depending on the web site. I don't have this issue with NJRC.
