How to catch a smart shrimp

I had 3 Peppermint Shrimp in my DT and managed to get 2 out using a bottle fish catcher with in a hour. This last one is to smart though. I set it up and it is just way to skittish. It just sits at the edge looking in. I've tried loaring it out from under the rocks with fish but no go. Just seeing if anyone else has any idea's how to catch this shrimp.

Start feeding newly hatched artemia with a brine net. Do so for approx. two weeks. The shrimp should start to consider the brine net safe; once it starts swimming into the net every night, scoop it out.
This is how I removed a non- reef safe, but very smart, shrimp from our old 20g.
