how to hold live rock in bin?

hey guys. i want to remove some live rock from my 2nd tank. i have a tube read along with a heater and powerhead.

i just want to know, should i use tank water (from a water change) or RO water?

Tank water is fine. Just move the rock when you get ready for a water change
