Hydor Koralia 2 with RedSea Wavemaker

There seems to be a lot of talk about the Koralia 2 making clicking sounds with the RedSea wavemaker.

I have a 40G with 2 koralia 2 (1200 Gph on paper) and a Koralia 1 stand by (used for salt water mixing).

1. Is it a good idea for me to incorporate the wavemaker?
2. Is there a mod to the Koralias to prevent the clicking noise?

At risk of killing the motors on ur pumps id not try it. These pumps arent made to stop and start again on a frequent basis.

The clicking noise i beleive is from the pump trying to restart itself and locking, but im not sure, i just avvoided it and went to controllable koralias

I've been running 2 Koralia 2s and a Koralia 1 on a AC jr. controller for about 2 years without a probelm. The clicking sound can be eliminated by puttting a short piece of airline tubing on the impeller shift in front of the impeller.
