Got home awhile ago to check my precious tank and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rock structure fell and I have bunch of sps that are broken into pieces and some are already bleach as I dont know how long was it like that .. SOme big colonies didn't get damaged as much but small frags medium colonies are in pieces .. THE MOST UPSETTING one is my Smootie was upside down with an Acro so my nice monti got bleech out and lucky I frag a small piece....... ARGGGGGGG this Hobby is driving me nutz!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came home the other day to water dripping down through the light fixture in my kitchen. The topoff bucket upstairs dumped onto the floor instead of into the sump.

I hear ya. Sometimes this hobby drives all to the edge.

Hope things start looking up for you and the corals pull through.

Thanks guys... Its kool just to have frags but when you have bleeched sps not kool! :(... Merv the Tyree soli is one of em.... Im still gluing some sps.. Its all good I guess :)

Sorry to hear that Steve, it's just one obstacle after the other in this hobby!

Good Luck rebuilding/regrowing the tank! In a sick way it's kind of fun to start over sometimes! :)

Thank you for all the advises and support.. I finished 1am gluing frags from some of my colonies :(.. Its nice as I made a new aquascaping as well. Will post pic of my FTS. The sad part is my Cali tort that its growing nicely then it was crushed and some frags are too small so I just threw them away. My smoothie I managed to save 2 frags but its really white. some other sps are dead can't even get a frag... thank you

You've shared frags with quite a few folks, I'm sure you'll here from them soon!

Sorry I don't have any of the stuff you keep, but I've got plenty of Kenya Trees and Anthelia if you want. :D

As many disasters as reefers live through, we usually come out learning something valuable. My SCWD died on my closed loop during the group buy frenzy. I just got around to pulling it out and substituted 2 maxi jets on my ACJR while I was attempting to fix it. Now I have a better, more chaotic flow pattern for my LPS and they are even happier then they were. And I eliminated a Mag18, can't wait to see a drop in the electric bill.

The SCWD is cleaned out and working again. Now I have a spare pump and SCWD that may just become trade bait!

Thanks Bill..Im actually ok the only ones I am pist off is the frags that I dont have and some are really "RARE" ( I call it expensive) pieces. So I will have bunch of frags for march and april if it will happen in my house :).... thanks again people!

what causing the crash?

i was seeing my tank "de-formed" slowly (Rock on Sand - bad bad bad approach), plus overflow leak, plus a anemone grown like weed (not the atsia, the mojo*** something), therefore i bite the bullet and take everything apart and rearrange all rock work, they are now sitting on the PVC platform, so far so good... they are as "urgly" as the day 1, but at least no shifting or anything... hopefully, after few more months, the PVCs will get cover by the coraline algae...

but, to be honest, i still like the old way's look and feel...!! i missed that!! a lot!!!!!!!!

I dont really know what causes it to fell... but the update is the acros that I took out and put in a tub now has faded colors on it!!!!!!!!!!arggggggghhhhhhhhh My blue tort its not blue anymore but pale blue :(... I was going to post some pics but I will rather put the one that makes me smile.. Here is my rainbow atleast it holds the color to it :)
