i need a chiller

I am going to need a chiller this summer. Can anyone make any suggestions on a brand? or size for a 120g tank, does anyone have one for sale, can we get a good price at a group buy?

I upgraded and moved my tank to the basement, the house is old and the floor would not support a 120, hence the move to the basement. During the summer my freshwater tank in my basement hits around 87.... There is no A/C in my basement, it isn't overly hot, but the ambient is 75-80 mid day but can spike into the 80s.... But once the sun goes down it cools off so nice during the summer.

The tank is a 120g reef w/ 140# of LR, specimens include sps/lps/clams/fish/snails/crabs

sump is a 29g, which holds my ASM G4+ skimmer, rock rubble, return pump, kalk ato.,

air water ice typhoon ro/di supplies the ato.
