I was looking in my tank sut a couple minutes ago and noticed these small green things walking along the rock. I also noticed a small worm like thing moving along it too. What are these?

Probably Pods and bristle worms. Both good.

When you see little red or yellow things walking around, then be concerned. They would be flatworms.

Mike, as i was looking at the tank tonight before lights out i noticed on of those red worms you mentioned. how do i get rid of them and what kind of trouble can they create?

It kind of looks like a centipede after closer observation

Most likely it's a bristle worm.
When their small, their not a problem. They eat left over food or other garbage. Their also good in a bigger tank if a fish or something died on you and you never noticed it missing or couldn't get at it to get it out, the bristle worms would eat the remains.
The down side is that they can grow big. The bigger they get, the bigger their appetite.

I keep arrow crabs in my tank to keep my bristle worms under control.
