Just gave a neighbor a couple of random softy frags I had and he gave me this favia(i think) that was upsidedown in his tank for awhile before he realized it. Just seeing if anyone might have an idea what it might be.

Yes, that is a Favia. Keep it in low flow and light and it should recover just fine...
