Inexpensive actinic solution for 30" tank

Hey guys,

Have a 20k 175w bulb on my tank. Blue, I guess, is in the eye of the beholder.

I'd like to add an actinic bulb on the tank, maybe 2 lil guys, for a little...pop.

Just wondering if anyone know's of an inexpensive way to do so?

I've been looking around at t5s and PC and even small VHO and it seems like they all require a few bucks to get going. Ballast, sockets, bulbs, etc...

Anyway, just throwing it out there...
