Greeting NJReefers.
I hope you members and your officers don't mind me posting this. WAMAS (DC club) is sponsoring this event and would welcome any members from your club that may be interested in coming down. It is a cephalopod conference with an evening social at the invert house at the national zoo. Probably a personalized tour the next morning at the Nat Aquarium in DC on Sun (working out the details now). Should be a fun time, with only a short ride for you guys down to DC.
Thanks so much. My apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. Feel free to move if innapropriate. ( I tried to email you guys @ officers@njreefers.org and it was bounced.) Questions? You can also contact me at doug@wamas.org.

Calling all cephalopod lovers!
TONMOCON IV is coming to the Wardman Park Marriott in D.C. on October 8, and you are invited! TONMO is a cephalopod enthusiast community founded in 2000, and our biennial convention brings us together for a weekend of presentations, discussion, and fun. The event is geared toward anyone who has an interest in these incredible creatures, and the presenters include marine biologists, authors, and home aquarium keepers, all who specialize in some aspect of cephalopods. Full details and agenda can be found here, including registration information (there is a $15 access fee to be paid in advance of the event).
