Is my goby ok?

He's been breathing pretty heavy for the last few days. It seems when he eats he looks like hes going to implode.
(he got his lip cut by the pistol shrimp when I first introduced them on 1/23)
He's been in my tank since 1/09
I also have 2 baby clowns & a melenarus wrasse that are doing fine.
My levels are fine.

When you say your levels are fine what are the readings? Have any of the other fish been chasing him around the tank?

It's hard to tell from the video. Same as joeyhatch11 said, what are your levels? Ammonia, Nitrite, etc. Keep an eye on him and make sure he's getting food, etc.

Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: i have to check again on my nitrate levels.
pH:8.17-8.2
Temp: 78.9

No fish are chasing him. He actually looked like he was going to nip the wrasse because he got too close. He was hiding in the cave with his pistol buddy last night.

I did just add a different refugium last week or so.

pH is anywhere from 8.10-8.2x
Is that considered a big swing?
(I leave the refug light on 24/7)
