Is my tank tempered?

I just acquired a 33 gallon as a temp tank and want to drill the bottom for an overflow. Does anyone know if they only temper the bottom glass or not, if that is the case i will just drill the back any suggestions would be appreciated

I am actually waiting on my order from glass holes that I placed on Sunday . Drill bit bulkhead ect.

Just finished setting the plumbing up for the temp tank now to get this super skimmer 220 figured out ,I'm clueless bought it used seems like junk now that I have it
