Is this bubble algae

Is this red bubble stuff a type of bubble algae.
If so how do I get rid of it.

Bubble algae has green or, as I found out lately, red balls that are hollow inside. Cyanobacteria can have bubble grow under a mat or in strings. You can't tell from this picture. Look up bubble algae images. Once you see images, you can decide more easily.

If cyano it would be doing right?
I can touch it with fingers to see.

If it's cyano, you should be able to blow it off with a powerhead or turkey baster

It appears from other pics this is cyan o with air bubbles.
Will try n siphon out what I can.
I replaced the filter dock yesterday and added a bag of GFO.
Tomorrow 10g water change.

Turkey baster blew it off easy so it was cyano. Moved the return pipe a bit to help with flow.
Unfortunately, I hit a rock and bunch toppled over; just threw together for now. Will have to redo rock later.
