Short answer is no.
Longer answer is that each bulb manufacture is has it's own labling system.
If you are looking at a spectrum the actinic bulbs are going to be mostly in the purple range. The twilight bulbs usually fall more in the blue spectrum(similar to ATI Blue +). My research shows that 10K 12K and 14K bulbs are tend to be a broader spectrum bulbs moving closer and closer to purple on the scale. In other words the 10K bulbs have broad spectrum with sort of an average of 10K the 14K bulbs have much more actinic in them so pull the average towards 14K.

Current bulbs have generally lower par then Icecap bulbs(made by UVL), and lower then say ATI bulbs. Some of the best bulbs for par are UVL Aquasun and ATI Blue Plus for their respective categories. You get a good bump in par using good bulbs. Current makes a nice COLOR blue bulb but the par is so so. I am running one at the moment. Actinic will make your greens really pop, blue is great for reds and oranges, and your 10K Aquasun and 6500 GE bulb have very good par and are good for growth.....they can look a bit yellow if used alone though.

If you want more info search around I posted a lot of links etc.

If your talking about the Icecap bulbs the atinic peaks at 420nm the twlight at 460nm.

so the higher k the more purplish look ? (I thought my tank looked different) so 10 kk would prob be best for zoas, shrooms rics to grow (multipy more)? thanks for the help
