If you missed the club behind the scenes tour last fall, you can attend a behind the scenes tour on November 5 or Dec 2, 9:30-11:00 AM. They probably will have them monthly during the off season. These are not club activities. You must preregister with the aquarium. Cost $15 adults, $10 children. I don't know how to register, but their e-mail address is jenkinsonsaquarium@comcast.net. Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

Could we make one a club activity? ? Feel it would be much more involved and informative if we went there as a club am not just a random patron
If you want to try and set one up, this is the person I spoke with last year (below). But since this is on their schedule, I think you are much more likely to have one of their aquarists conduct these tours. We didn't have that on our tour, although the guide was pretty knowledgeable. If you want to suggest several club members attend the November 5th (Sunday) or December 2nd (Saturday) tour, pick one and make sure we don't have a meeting that day. I would go if I know other club members are going on a particular day.

It would be nice if we could arrange a group meetup there one afternoon or evening so those who have a long drive can make it. It is an awesome place to have to miss out on.
