Just another reminder to wear gloves

If someone wants a cheap, and really good, pair of gloves these are my recommendation: http://www.amazon.com/Atlas-Glove-W...EIZQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1332948185&sr=8-3

I picked them up over a year ago and no rips or leaks and they go all the way up your arm. The only problems is they are bulky in the fingers, but I can still grab algae off rocks since the finger tips are coarse. The advantage of it is you can run your hands along the aquarium glass and it acts like a mild scrubber :D

Its still good enough to yank pods off algae or equipment to toss them back in the tank..

Yea, this sort of thing happens every so often and it's good to spread the word so that people continue to be safe when maintaining their tanks.

Those gloves the duijver linked seem to be a good choice, might order a pair of those myself. Everyone should use gloves when handling corals, at minimum a pair of latex gloves, like the one's doctors and nurses wear. Just be sure that if you buy this type, you get the kind without any powder on the inside. The powder isn't safe for reef tanks.
