Large 16 Cup Avast Media Reactor
Somebody is going to make a great algae reactor out of this!

Was used as a carbon reactor and also as a bio-pellet reactor.
This reactor is the previous version of Avast's current model MR16:
Fluidized Media Reactor
The main difference is the shape of the bottom and top - the current model is round, while this earlier model is square with rounded corners. The diagram in the replacement parts page shows the squarish bottom:
