Light recommendations 30in deep

Looking for some ideas on on a light fixture that would work on a 30in deep tank. It’s going to be mixed reef. I would like to go LED but T5s work or maybe MH because of the depth. Anyone have a tank this deep is so what did you use and how did it work out for you
