Lighting up Tatooine

Thought I'd see if anyone wanted to weigh in on my current lighting plans for the 327 Star Wars themed system. Tank is 84x30x30, but going with a DSB so only 24" water depth. That said it is going to be a FOWLR, so no coral growing concerns. I'm going to mount a couple of round LED fixtures behind the tank to mimic the dual suns, but still contemplating what to put over top of it. Have some thoughts, but curious as to others input. Design requirements:

* Desert planet so must brightly light up the tank to fit the design
* Fish are the stars of this system and it is going to have some beauties so need the lighting to really make them pop
* Ideally in a spectrum that limits, or at least doesn't significantly promote, lots of algae growth - limited CUC due to stocking list
* Display tank, so fixture itself needs to be aesthetic (no cheap home warehouse fluorescents)
* Cost isn't really a concern, but then again don't want to spend reef lighting money on a FOWLR either
* Not currently planning on incorporating a chiller, so heat output is a concern

What would you go with under those circumstances? These are the problems I spend my time solving...lol. Have my own thoughts, but thought I'd let you share in the fun if anyone wants to play along.
