Like to borrow reptile equipment

Wish I could help, no go on this stuff. But I have been accumulating a bunch of turtle stuff!

Good luck!

Matt,
I actually have the one you use with an air pump but it is not very good and you need a large pump. We used it with the frogs and the size of the pump for a 10g was undersized. Right now I have an air stone in a small jar of water but the pump is still small. My other option I found is to modify a humidifier but can't find the right one cheap.
I also have a water bowl in the setup and yet can't maintain proper humidity even with a partial cover.

put a sponge in the bowl of water. It has more surface area that will allow the water to evaporate more raising the humidity. The bowl doesn't provide enough surface area to evaporate enough water.

I agree, I learned to do this in an incubator when we hatched chickens

hey mark, i have something just like in that second link, you're just gonna need a bowl of water to put it in. i'll cal you after work tomorrow

for the exo terra fogger you need about a 5-6" deep container for it to work properly just a heads up. So find a tall Tupperware container. It needs a good 3-4" of water above the fogger itself, set up properly they work extremely well, so watch how humid you make it, if You can, only run it a few times a day for a small period of time. Your reptiles will get sick from too much humidity so make sure your using a gauge.

Same thing goes for reptiles as for reefs: Don't dose if you can't test for it.

Xavier thanks for that info; I did read reviews on that device and they were not very positive. I do have a gauge.
Thanks Roy, talk to you later.

I used it for tree frogs and crested geckos, it was awesome. But they need higher humidity. Depending how large and ventilated your area is, it could work very well for your purpose. Or it could over saturate
