Looking for return pump help

So I bought a Reeflo dart gold hybrid in December. Something went wrong and it was dripping from behind the valute area. They sent new seals, but when they saw the pictures they offered to send a new pump. I got new pump and it did the sand thing, but now it basically seized up. The motor will turn, but it needs to manually turned to move and then it stops after a minute or so.
The rep from Reeflo said it is being cause by back pressure due to a T coming after the check valve. But I had a similar set up before with no issue.
2 inch input, 1.5 output on pump.
All pipe is 1.5 going up to tank. The T goes to a 120 with an inch pipe, the rest goes to my 315. There is about 7-8 feet that goes to a 5 foot manifold (all 1.5 inch) them it goes to 4 (3/4 inch) pipes.

Not sure where to go from here. I have a Vectra L1 laying around and 2 other Reeflo pump, but they are larger then the one i was using.

Any recommendations would be appreciated

Not best pics, sorry

When you had the same setup before, were you using a different pump ?

Had reeflo originally, then switched to vectra (for more control) Went back to reeflo because of added length of plumbing and currently anther tank.
