this is pic when I first introduced to tank

after about 3 weeks moved it down in tank and a little under cover but it continues to shrink up. parameters are: salinity 26
cal 480. mag 1350. po4 004. PH 8. Alk 7. I alternate formula 1&2 in the mornings(flake)
alternate mysis and emerald entree in the evenings(frozen) every 3 days esv photplankton. I dont skimp on my feedings nitrate at 0 nitrite 0 ammonia? I don't have test kit for that right now.any sugg? also my pollyp ext. is little to none but groth is going on. running 2 skimmers (small ones) I have a refugium with rock and cheto not overstocked well spaced sps some lps and softies kole tang scopas tang 2 chromis 1 6line wrasse blenny coral beauty 2 cardnals 2 cleaner shrimp thats about it.

Don't know where you picked it up from, but it looks bad from day 1. It was already starting to bleach.

If you have reef Iodine. You can give it a bath in that and take it from there. That worked for me a few times. A few drops per gallon of tank water. I would leave it in the tank, theres still a chance of survival since it still has some color to it.
 
My experience with those corals are they need lower light and strong flow. My polyps only come out when the room and tank are dark, after your lights go out try to keep the room as dark as possable, after a half hour or so, use a flash light to check the polyp extension. I never feed mine but 1 hour after my tank lights are off I add a half cube ea. of frozen cylops and roties to the tank once or twice a week. Good luck with it I hope it makes it for you.
