LTB ATO and 48" moon light

As the title states. Now with a sump would like to setup an ATO.

the tank is a dark corner so I am looking for moonlights to keep to not spoke the animals.

Not sure how I would mount them since I will placing the lights on top of a rail.

Velcro or double sided tape right to the rail. I had them mounted right under my hood.
