MACNA Check In!

I thought it would be good to get an idea of who from NJRC was going to be at MACNA. This way when you're down there you know who else plans on attending! Make sure you take Copious notes so that you can share the wealth upon your return!

When are you arriving/departing?
Where are you staying?
What sessions are you planning on attending?

I’ll be there. 8)
I arrive later on Friday and will be there till sometime on Monday.
I’m booked at the Hyatt where the convention is held.
As for sessions? I have no idea at this point. I hope to make as many as possible.
There are so many great speakers for this event. I will be running around manning the FRAG exchange booth but I try to sneak away to see some sessions. ;D
This should be a great event and I look forward to seeing you all there.

NortheastAquatics will be there as well with a display booth, not too far away from Sharks at Frag Exchange. Hope to see other NJRC members there as well!

I'll be there as RC Staff.. Sometimes at the RC booth, spend lots of time in the sessions too.. And drinking heavily with the RC Staff and authors after hours

Staying at the Hyatt, getting in friday morning / midday and leaving Sunday night after the festivities end..

Im considering doing a day trip (well two actually). Driving down Sat morning. Staying at relitives in Alexandria, and driving back sometime Sunday. Or I may just drive back Saturday. Would make it easier to get permission from the "boss" if I had a road trip buddy!!!!!

Heading down Friday morning, solo. I'm staying at my sister's in Falls Church (cheapest hotel in town!). Don't know about what sessions . Always like to see Calfo and Bob Fenner. The Steven Pro thing looks good too. Oh and I need to win that big tank in the auction. ;D

I'm going down Friday morning. Won't be doing the reception and/or dinner - going down with wifey and we expect to be meeting up with our 1st Lieutenant son for dinners in Georgetown on Fri & Sat nights...

We'll be driving down Friday morning. At this rate it looks like the kids will be making the trip with us. We'll be staying until Sunday. I think posting our hotel rooms when we get into town would be a great idea.

Bob, enjoy the honor of having dinner with your 1st Lieutenant. Thank him for me when you see him.

Rich, bring the boss, shack up in the hotel and call it a weekend away!

Fred, Very cool that NEA is going to be there. I'm looking forward to visiting with you all.

To have this opportunity so close to home makes it an event that shouldn't be missed. Anyone looking for carpool buddies should post. Maybe we can get you guys lumped together to save a couple bucks in gas and add a little company for the drive.
