Magic Eraser For glass cleaning in tank

Just curious if anyone uses magic erasers in there tank. On a FB group I'm on there is a few people that use it. Just curious if anyone else does. They say it has to be the original as it is just Melamine Foam which is just a very dense foam.

I use it. Never had an issue. They don't last long though.

Is there any metals that can leak out of the magnetic strip?

Magic Eraser is THE best for cleaning acrylic tank. No scratches and sand does not get stuck because of the denser texture. Adventure aquarium uses them to clean their acrylic tanks and I have used them for a long time. Highly recommended. Get the regular version instead of the ones with some soak built in.
