I noticed this morning my clams mantle had completely receeded and the shell was 95% closed. When I got home from work it's foot appears to have released and it was lying up on the sand bed (as if it fell over in its side). I thought if it died it would open up like those I've seen on the beach. I wiggled the shell and it didn't release so I don't think it's dead but it can't be in good shape. I've had it for a couple months. I've added some frags in the last week (so I used some glue) but otherwise nothing has changed. Any suggestions?
