My girlfriend is in a pool at work that give her 180 chances to win lol....I'm in one that gives 60 chances....my father is in one that gives him 900 chances.

Oh the tank I could build with that money!!!

 Why do these kind of people always win??? His reported income was, get this, $900,000,000 last year of which he only payed 2% in taxes. SMH

i got caught up in this mega millions craze as well, but what's funny is even a small jackpot would have the same effect for any of us... 60 million or 500 million, both amounts would have me living pretty much an identical lifestyle.

NOT TRUE! I couldn't afford my own jet and the seaworld tank with just the 60mil!
But yea i agree, don't understand why people only play for the big jackpot, your odds are the same no matter what. The only change is your chances of sharing the larger pot is much greater than the week after a jackpot was hit.

Just for a day I'd like to work behind the cash register at a store and get a glimpse of who comes in to buy these tickets. I mean there are so many different types or lotto besides mega millions...i dunno how anyone keeps track or them or knows.

So far though I've found my luck to be better at the poker tables than at lotto. Plus at those tables I get a drink and a smile! LOL.

although one double-down play will never result in a million dollar payout...so lotto is just a chance to dream...
