Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

Dan, I see that your auto renew happened on September 6th, but you just paid again today. I'll send Tom an email to refund the one you paid today. Please login to your paypal and cancel the one you just created, or else next year you will pay again! (They are all auto-renew).

Gotcha Phil. I just saw yours come through too. Sometimes the forums get updated automatically on these auto payments, sometimes they don't.

You may have to wait until tomorrow or something, not sure how Paypal works on that. Tom will have to refund the money because it's already in NJRC's account.
What you need to cancel is the recurring subscription... so that it doesn't get paid again next year. We can't cancel that on our end because it's initiated on your account.
Here's what you need to do to cancel it:
1. Log into PayPal
2. Click on the Settings icon (top right of page)
3. Click on "Preapproved payments" under Payment Settings
4. You should see a list of recurring payments. Find the one that was paid today and click on the details link.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
6. Confirm the cancellation or anything else it asks you.

Okay but will that cancel my renewal for every year? I don't mind that I get renewed so I wouldn't wanna cancel that, just the payment I made today
If you go into the subscriptions, you will see two for njreefers. Just cancel one membership so you don't run into an issue with double paying.

Exactly. What I was saying is that your original recurring subscription was already paid a couple weeks ago... so now you have 2 consecutive subscriptions running.
Cancel the one you just made today. Keep the older one active.

In regards to the upcoming Frag swap, I had registered for the event online. I am not a paid NJRC member....are the raffles for the swap only open to current members, or is it open to all paid attendees?

Yes, raffles are open to all and as Phil noted, please make sure you keep the stub that says "Keep This Coupon". If not, you don't have proof it was your number.
Also, you don't need to put your name/address, etc on the back. If you don't claim it when it's called, we just pick another ticket. Everything goes Swap day!
