Mesh tops

Anyone know where I can find the mesh needed to make tops for a tank. I only need a enough to cover a 20g

You can get the materials to make the frame at lowes or home depot. Unfortunately I don't think that you can get the clear screen material at anywhere other than brs.

Yeah that's the part I'm looking for. Hate to order it all just to use a bit. Guess ill have to

Thank you both. Ray is a whole lot closer drive. So I'll head that way.
Ray I can't get out today, I'm in the middle of moving some tanks around. Plus I gotta get the house ready for the holiday. Maybe next weekend. I'll give you a shout.

I bought everything at Lowes. One problem is they are 1/2 inch openings instead of the smaller 1/4 inch holes from BRS.

Definatly want the 1/4". I imagine a Firefish will find its way through the 1/2"

My orange back fairy wrasse made it through the 1/2 inch. I would definitely go to BRS and get the pieces necessary. You can get the framing from Lowes/Home Depot and then cut them to length.

The mesh I have is clear 1/4" (fire fish here too, that's why I got the screens). If it doesn't work out with Ray, I can stuff it in a flat rate box and ship it.

If you can find the black mesh it looks a lot better on the tank than the clear. Places that carry lots of pond stuff usually have it or can get it.

I might have some extra from when I built mine. Used the BRS clear 1/4 mesh and then a window screen kit from Lowes. Also sprayed in black so it matches my tank trim. Let me look around and see if I can find the leftovers.

I need to make a cover for my 265. You guys have any pictures of yours. Looking for some ideas.
