1 X Double PFO HQI 250 Watt Ballast, drives 2 bulbs (this baby is heavy) - $50.00.
Buy a package of ballast and reflector and I will throw in some 250 Watt Radium bulbs for free w/ less than 2 months on them. These bulbs alone are worth $100.00.
