I'm going to built a frag tank using plywood lined with acrylic. What are the max dimensions I can make the tank if I use only one 175w mh bulb? The tank will be approx 8" tall and I plan on growing acros and softies in it.

a standard MH bulb has a decent coverage of 2'X 2', you may be able to get a coverage of up to 2.5' to 3' by using the lumenarc reflector. pendant or fixture height will also play a factor in coverage.
