MJ Mod Noisy

I just did one of the MJ Mods. It works and moves a ton of water, but it's noisy. There's a terrible hum. Any ideas what this might be?

newsalt, check the mod to see if is off center, that happend when it dont line up, or stop it and restarted it again, just mho
