Thank you..think I finally found the right flow and nutrients.Really Looking good.
Thank you dudeeeeeComing along nicely!! Some of those LPS corals really pop.
I’m still playing around with flow..seems never ending in a mixed tank.Beautiful tank. I have been attempting to get a setup going like yours with my Euphyllia but I end up with too much flow in certain areas so half of it ends up on frag racks

Haha I hear it…I couldn’t pull the trigger on the mp40s so I got Nero 5s and 3s…I’ve had my sps in that tank in pretty “low” flow for sps and they are still happy and growing…I just try and aim the powerheads right at them.Yeah tell me about it, something is always unhappy. I have some SPS at the top that needs the flow so I have to keep it higher flow up there but hammers which just like to bounce end up getting blown around. It's one of the things I've never been able to accomplish as of yet is that nice bouncing motion in one area but for my torches a bit stronger. Maybe I need to upgrade to some MP10s or MP40s and stop cheaping on the powerheads. Jebao sure does make the wallet feel nice
thank you..this pic was from 6-7 months…during my surgery I had an large algae outbreak that Over took some of my coraline, but I’m good now…I think t5 light is the ultimate for good coral and coraline growth. All that coraline in 1 year? WOW! Meanwhile you hear about all these reefers pooring all kinds of snake oil in a bottle into their tanks.

I'm running t5's too and I don't have problems with growing coralline. My tuxedo urchin lives off the it other wise he would be diedCoraline is so weird, I have a tank that is about 1 year old and certain parts of the tank I can't keep the coraline off of it, but as Maximus just mentioned... running 2xhydra 26s and 4 x t5s so maybe that is why.
I have 7 neros, I’ve had warranty issues with 4 of them…they work great when they work, although it’s a pain in the butt, dealing with eco tech is great. The flow isnt Much wider then the hes itself. But it pushes a lot of water. Are you happy with the Nero 5 powerheads? Is it a wide flow?
