My Neptune which is hardwired keeps disconnecting!! Also when doing so when it reconnects briefly all of my modules are missing! When I attempt to do the module replacement task either my modules are not there or my Apex disconnects. I already had a ticket and phone call with Apex who fixed the missing modules and put them back at their original addresses with their programming since they jump addresses every time they go missing. This has never been an issue and now I can see why people would rather keep it simple. I am so Po’d about this. I am NOT computer savvy and have no clue what it could be. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Neptune fixed it a couple days ago and I’m back to where I was before the phone call. MY NEPTUNE IS ALL JACKED UP AGAIN!!

SD card is probably shot. Fairly easy to replace.
Interesting Tech did say I should probably replace it which I’m sure I can do but I have no clue how to get my programming back up.
Also I just unplugged my brain and eb832 all modules are back on green bit at totally different addresses and now my friggin Pmup will not shut off and I have no control of it! You think Sd card has corrupt files causing this?

The randomly losing connection to modules and programming, the sd card would be my first thing to try. You are better off completely re-programing it from scratch at this point. I wouldn't try and copy or import any existing data.
